4. Who Has Access to Your Data (Processors)

Your personal data is primarily accessed by the Controller. To operate the website and deliver our newsletter we also use vetted third parties (so-called processors), to whom your data may be disclosed to the extent necessary:

  • Our webhosting and server provider, on whose servers the website is operated.
  • Supabase Inc., the provider of the database in which the list of newsletter subscribers is stored.
  • Listmonk, the newsletter management application, which we operate ourselves on our own server.
  • Shopify Inc., the provider of the online store platform and of the payment processing at checkout, in the event that you place an order.

All of these processors are bound by confidentiality obligations and by strict data protection rules. Where a service involves processing outside the EU, protection of your data is ensured by means of standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.

5. Retention Period

We keep your e-mail address for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every message we send, or by contacting us at the e-mail address above; your data is then deleted from our subscriber list.

Data related to orders is retained for the period required by applicable legislation, in particular accounting and tax regulations.

6. Your Rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data rectified and incomplete data completed;
  • have your data erased, and to have processing restricted;
